After crushing, cold maceration took place for three days. The must was stored at 5°C for three days without fermentation. This imparts particularly delicate fruit aromas. It was then fermented at 20–24°C and aged for 12 months, with part of the wine in used barrique barrels and the other part in stainless steel tanks. The barrique barrels provide an elegant structure, while the wine in the steel tanks retains the aroma of fresh red berries.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan style=\"color: #000000\"\u003eIt has a medium garnet color. The nose features pleasant red berry aromas, along with the earthy notes characteristic of the variety. The red berries are also present on the palate, complemented by elegant, silky tannins.
